Tar and Bug Remover is a targeted exterior cleaner for stubborn tar spots, insect residue and bonded road contamination that remains after a normal wash. It softens difficult deposits so they can be removed with less rubbing, helping protect the finish from unnecessary abrasion.
Ideal for front bumpers, mirror caps, lower doors and other high-impact areas before a full contact wash or decontamination detail.
Directions
- Use on a cool surface out of direct sunlight.
- Spray onto the affected area and allow a short dwell time.
- Gently wipe loosened contamination with a clean microfibre cloth if required.
- Rinse thoroughly and follow with a normal wash.
- Repeat on stubborn deposits rather than allowing the product to dry.
Care Tips
- Test first on an inconspicuous area, especially on sensitive plastics, wraps or specialist finishes.
- Do not allow the product to dry on the surface.
- Use clean cloths and avoid aggressive rubbing.
- Reapply wax or sealant protection after intensive decontamination if required.
